Performance Anxiety (college, work or relationships)
Performance Anxiety is linked to a personal need to improve confidence and performance in many separate areas of life. Areas include; school and college, interviews and presentations performance and/or studying tests and exams and/or public speaking and/or stage performance and/or relationship or sexual performance.
Like many other positive changes we can help with, we must again seperate two distinct potential development areas being; Cognitive (thinking and feeling - 'You can') and Behavioural (practicing and proving - 'I already have').
